Two different types of tags are designed to be easily attached and removed from the individual trays. (SmartClip) and reels (SmartDisk in adhesive pouch) and to be compatible with the standard SMT process and equipment. They will not interfere with the feeders on a placement machine and they can withstand the standard bake temperatures. This means that they do not have to be removed from the trays and reels until all the parts have been used up. The tags can be re-used multiple times as the old data is simply overwritten when they
are initialized again.
